Sprouts Soccer Coach-No Experience Required , Just Passion for Kids

We need some passionate and motivated volunteers to work with our kids ages 3-4 as SeaTac United Sprouts coaches, either as a head coach or assistant coach. You do not need experience coaching or playing soccer, just a willingness to give your all for the kids. We are looking for coaches that will create a fun, soccer related experience that the kids and parents will enjoy. Being able to develop good relationships with kids and their parents and creating a postiive enviroment for everyone to enjoy. Soccer coaching skills are secondary, we are looking for an individual enjoys working with 3-4 year old kids. Here is the scoop: Days to Coach: Season - March 30th - May 13th Practices - Mondays - 5:15-6:30pm with 3 year olds and Wednesdays 5:15-6:30pm with our 4 year olds. Games - Saturdays between 3-4pm. We train all our volunteers through with streaming video as part of our training program. All equipment is provided and parents are there for extra help during practices and games. A Sprouts Team Parent will schedule parents to provide team snacks, plan the end of season party, and anything else you want to do to make the season even more fun!
