ORGANIZATION: SeaTac United

SeaTac United provides top quality soccer and youth development programs for our SeaTac kids. The population is one of the most diverse and underserved in the country. After working with these families for the past couple of years, I can say they are great people and worth our time. We try to keep the kids safe, healthy, active and learning during the at-risk times of 3-6pm. The Director of Safety is our point person to keep us safety concious. SeaTac United has the benefit of a Safety Program designed by the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). It includes online training, along with national and regional contacts to help you get the job done. Idealy the Director of Safety will have a solid attention to detail and administrative prowess. The duties include ensuring compliance with AYSO policies, and training our coaches and mentors about safety concerns to include incident response. The job would take about 1-2 hours per week. Yet it is so important to have a volunteer focusing on safety. Please consider joining the fun at SeaTac United and helping these great kids!!
