Assisting Customers with items purchased-load in vehicle
Greeting & unloading items donated to ReStore,
Lifting merchandise, using carts and moving items into the receiving area
Sorting, cleaning, and inspecting merchandise
Making simple repairs on furniture and other merchandise, if skilled
Moving merchandise to appropriate areas on the sales floor to shelves of similar items.

Description
Greater Albuquerque Habitat for Humanity is a locally run affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit, ecumenical, Christian housing organization. We work in partnership with people in need to build decent, affordable housing. Our vision is that no one in the Greater Albuquerque area will live in substandard housing. Since 1987, we have built more than 177 homes in the Albuquerque area, all of which we could not have done without the generosity of hundreds of volunteers every year. Volunteers are needed to help with everything from construction to office to ReStore assignments.
