The CITY Project is dedicated to teaching micro-entrepreneurship to young adults in Los Angeles! Our HOLIDAY GIFT BOUTIQUE AND CRAFT FAIR helps us raise funds for our annual Warm Clothing and Undergarment Give-a-way Holiday event which takes place in December and is for homeless, sheltered or section 8 families.
We need volunteers on Nov. 29th! General opportunities are listed below:
Assist vendors with set up and communication
Assist performers (mostly young musicians) with stage management and organization (similar to a stage manager position)
Help out in the kids section with crafts
Set up and tear down
** earn double service learning credits
Volunteers are also needed for community outreach 11/24 and 11/28

TCP's #1 motivation for establishment is to improve the quality of life and future outcomes for disadvantaged youth in and surrounding Los Angeles, CA.
