To provide a structured business development program and on-going technical support for teens and pre-teens throughout Los Angeles and to provide their families with services that will equip them with effective research-based strategies to help our young entrepreneurs sustain success experienced through their participation at TCP

Description

The CITY Project will operate by this set of organizational values: honesty, compassion, equality, communication, acceptance, accountability and a desire for life-long learning and growth.

TCP's #1 motivation for establishment is to improve the quality of life and future outcomes for disadvantaged youth in and surrounding Los Angeles, CA. Our success will be determined by our ability to equip these young participants and help them develop personally and professionally, finding the tools within themselves to achieve this.

I really liked volunteering for this organization and continue to when I can. Through this volunteer site I was able to meet the organization's founder, Chandra, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She really wants to make a difference in the world and I am happy to help whenever I can! :)
