The Clinton County MSU Extension Office's Key Mentoring program is in need of a lead mentor for Bath Elementary School, Eureka Elementary School and St. Johns Middle School for the 2014-2015 school year. This individual will be in charge of leading fun, interactive group activities for ten second though fifth grade students and their mentors. No previous mentoring experience is required. Lead mentors gain valuable skills in communication, leadership and group faciliation that can be used in college and the professional world. If you are interested in making a difference in the lives of children in need then become a lead mentor today!!!

Description
4-H Youth Mentoring in Clinton County provides at risk youth in the area with the knowledge and skills to make postive life choices and become successful adults by providing them with adult and teen mentors who will be a positive influence on their development. Their are two site based mentoring programs in Clinton County; the Key Mentoring Program and the Key Book Club. Both programs match youth with a mentor who meets with them once a week for two hours for the duration of the school year.
