Job Summary: The Front Office Coordinator is the face of the American Red Cross in our Miami Central Office location. They are the first person to interact with our guests, incoming volunteers, and clients. The FOC works closely with all staff and assist in completing administrative projects and coordinating vehicle and classroom reservations. They are integral to the everyday functions of the American Red Cross operation.
Major Tasks
- Greet incoming guests and clients
- Answer general Red Cross inquires
- Receive and route incoming calls
- Help potential volunteers complete application
- Other miscellaneous items
- Making vehicle and room reservations
Specific Qualifications
- Comfortable with computer use (we will help you with specific training)
- Display grace under pressure
- Strong communication skills
Hours Available
- Greater Miami & The Keys Chapter - Monday-Friday: 8:30AM-5:00PM
- Flexible Schedule - Morning or Afternoon - Weekly basis

We offer FREE VOLUNTEER DISASTER TRAINING in the different areas of service delivery. This allows us to form an elite corps of volunteer professionals. Our goal is to provide quality service delivery to the community while creating a meaningful and positive experience for YOU the VOLUNTEER.
