The Camps will serve refugee youth ages 5 - 13 through a variety of activities including indoor and outdoor games, science experiments, crafts and service projects.
Volunteers are needed to supervise the children, Play Games, and help the children with Projects and Crafts.
These camps are invaluable for keeping the children engaged and occupied during the summer and fresh for the next school year.
Our Volunteers are so valuable to us. Please help us help the children and Have Fun at the same time!

Description
Catholic Charities Diocese of Charlotte provides services encompassing assistance to individuals and families experiencing a need for:
- Foster care, adoption and pregnancy services
- Individual, marriage and family counseling
- Distribution of donated services to the needy
- Food Pantry
- Acute emergency services
- Enrichment services
- Burial Support
Catholic Charities (CCDOC) Refugee Resettlement program is an affiliate of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), one of the national voluntary agencies participating in the federal government's refugee resettlement program. For the past 30 years, the CCDOC Refugee Resettlement program has embraced the mission of providing quality services and a caring support system that will empower our refugee clients to become self-sufficient, self-reliant, and productive members of society. On average, CCDOC Refugee Resettlement program resettles and supports between 350 and 400 refugees per year. All of our services are non-sectarian and do not promote any religious belief or affiliation.
