ORGANIZATION: Recovery Survival Network

We need quality volunteers to help mentor both adults and at risk youth that are returning from jail or prison back into the community.

We need quality people who can commit to a set schedule for a reasonable amount of time. All potential employees and volunteers must be able to pass a live scan background check and have a current negative TB test result, do CPR and first aid training to be considered for this position. Please send your resume.

We need these documents to fill out

  • a resume,
  • Calif. ID or Drivers license
  • a negative TB test result,
  • CDC proof of vaccination
  • CPR/first aid certificate and
  • your highest diploma and
  • substance abuse certs if you have any?

Description

RSN has been providing peer-to-peer recovery services since 1996 to ex-offenders, low-income families, at-risk-youth, the homelsss, and veterans. We have a state approved basic computer training program and we are on the ETPL training providers list. We provide emotional, motivational and soft skills support and are part of the SF Welfare-to-Work programs. Our success rate is very good and we need volunteers to help us continue serving the less fortunate members of our community.
