Rebuilding Together Saratoga County is a non profit located in downtown Ballston Spa, on the second floor. We have a public parking lot right next door for easy parking.
We help transform the lives of low-income homeowners by improving the safety and health of their homes and revitalizing our communities. When qualified homeowners are not capable of making needed repairs, Rebuilding Together Saratoga County will coordinate the volunteers, contractors, tools and supplies necessary to fix the homes. We are looking for office volunteers to answer phones, do light filing, (some computer work if you have experience) and help with preparing for upcoming fundraisers.
These are the days and times currently needed:
Friday 9am to 12noon

Mission Statement
Rebuilding Together Saratoga County rehabilitates the homes of low-income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly, veterans or have disabilities, so that they may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence.
Description
Neighbors helping neighbors, like the barn-raising of old, is the American spirit in action. Rebuilding Together is born of that spirit as people come together, usually for a weekend, to help their elderly, disabled and low-income neighbors fix their homes. We repair existing houses for homeowenrs who are unable to do the work themselves enabling people to live out their lives in their own home.
