St. Andrew Legal Clinic (SALC) is a community-based non-profit organization that provides quality legal services in the area of family law to low-income families who might otherwise not have access to them. Our clients are the working-poor; those families struggling to make ends meet; who make too much money to qualify for free legal aid services, yet cannot afford to pay market rate attorney fees. SALC has three office locations serving low-income families in Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas and Columbia Counties. As demand continues to grow, a staff of 15 full-time attorneys and 200+ volunteers speaking both English and Spanish help families through often the most emotionally and financially challenging times in their lives.
