Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art education for students with autism and related disabilities and to help all our students reach their full potential in school, in the community, and in life.

Description

CDSO provides intensive applied behavior analytic intervention to child in center-based programs as well as outreach home-based programs. Services include consultation to parents and educational professionals in the community. Instruction includes communication, academics, self-help, social skills and behavior management. We also provide consultation and after-school remediation for children with LD, ADD, high-functioning autism, and any other learning differences which impair functioning in a typical school environment. Our programs are designed to fill in the holes and provide remediation at a accelerated pace. Children learn how to organize their time, and fill in the gaps in reading, writing, and math.
