Mission Statement

The Willing Workers Ladies Aid (WWLA), is a non-profit organization that serves the Gallatin Gateway community. WWLA assists those in need and promotes unity and goodwill. The Gallatin Gateway Community Center was built with the support of our community and is maintained by the WWLA.

Description

The Willing Workers Ladies Aid (WWLA) Inc. is a nonprofit community service organization that owns and operates the Community Center for the benefit of Gallatin Gateway. Built by volunteers and completed in 1995, the Community Center is the site for meetings, social and charity events, school functions, 4-H meetings, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Gateway Youth Group functions, Gateway Planning, Red Cross Blood Drawings, and a polling place for elections. WWLA awards scholarships to graduating high school students in the Gallatin Gateway Community who have been accepted into institutions providing post-secondary education. WWLA also assists Gateway families following the loss of a family member.

Fund-raisers such as the Annual Play and Auction and rentals provide funds for charity projects, community events, student scholarships, and maintaining the Community Center.
