Description

St. Gertrude's Health & Rehabilitation Center is an advanced, 75 bed skilled-nursing facility offering programs in short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living and end of life care. In addition, St. Gertrude's is connected to The Gardens, a 40-unit assisted living facility.

St. Gertrude's Health & Rehabilitation Center and the Gardens at St. Gertrude's are member of the Benedictine Health System, a nationally recognized non-profit leader in providing services and care for older adults. The Benedictine Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice are evident in daily operations and service delivery by staff.
