Mission Statement

To give courage and help the most vulnerable".

It is the purpose of The Caring Place to improve the "quality of life" for Pierce, King, and this region's most vulnerable - immigrants who may not have the time to swim through admittedly complicated USCIS petitions and applications; the homeless families with children who are without basic human needs - while providing information, education, encouragement, and transitional housing.

Description

The Caring Place provides assistance in filling and submitting USCIS immigration forms. We also provide assistance to families who are wanting to invite non-immediate family members to the United States with Visa requests. Clients call to schedule a consulation so that the Immigration Assistant can assess the needs of the immigrant, then if the immigrant or family member wants to follow through with the application, The Caring Place provides the rest of the assistance.
