To ensure the healthy development of at-risk youth through programs that emphasize academic achievement, physical fitness, and life skills.
Description
The Center provides an unrivaled after-school program to the community that emphasizes academic achievement through individualized home-work assistance, tutoring, and mentoring. The Center also immerses the children in extracurricular activities to expand their horizons and help them grow physically, emotionally, and socially. These activities include music, sports, dancing, yoga, mindfulness, art, field trips, and much more. The Center is proactive in each child’s development and regularly conferences with parents and school personnel to identify and address academic and emotional needs. Parents of children that attend the Center report tremendous personal growth of their child year over year as a result of the Center’s personalized approach to each child.
