Mission Statement

The Association for Child Development educates parents and caregivers about nutrition to promote the development of children and establish healthy eating habits to last a lifetime.

Description

ACD is a sponsor of the USDA's Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in Illinois and Michigan. We publish a monthly nutrition-based newsletter that is distributed nationally to more than 6,000 parents and child care providers.
