The North Suburban Youth Foundation is looking for volunteers to help out with their annual Tour de Roses Family Bike Ride. The Tour de Roses will be held on Sunday, June 28th beginning at 9:00 a.m. The ride will start at the Roseville Skating Center located at 2661 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, MN 55113. This is a great opportunity to get involved in the community. We are looking for volunteers to help direct traffic and cheer on the riders. It is a really easy and short volunteering experience that will touch the lives of those riders. Since 1984, the North Suburban Youth Foundation has been creating programs and providing assistance to deserving youth and youth programs within established boundary areas through scholarships and grants. NSYF has, through the years, distributed in excess of $1,000,000 to various individuals, programs and activities. These include sports, cultural, educational, rehabilitation and family services, and an annual scholarship program. The North Suburban Youth Foundation is an organization of individuals that have come together, dedicated to the enhancement and enrichment of the lives of youth in the North Suburban community. The members of NSYF are committed to continue their efforts in providing programs, direction and financial support to worthwhile youth projects in our community. We believe today's investment in our young people will be returned to us many times. As the youth we support today become the leaders of tomorrow, we are confident they will return in kind, what they have received.
