Dispute Mediation Service, (DMS) is the only non-profit organization in Dallas County that provides dispute resolution services such as mediation, conciliation and arbitration. Since its inception in 1981, DMS has successfully served more than 165,000 individuals in resolving disputes and provided high-quality training for over 800 professional and volunteer mediators. Our mission is to provide affordable conflict resolution assistance to the greater Dallas community through mediation, education, training and referrals. DMS serves the greater Dallas community with integrity, honesty, care and compassion. We uphold the highest ethical standards in helping people resolve conflict affordably and effectively, while fulfilling our mission in an organized and efficient manner with an emphasis on customer service. As we approach 31st year, our vision is that mediation is affordable, effective, and widely utilized to resolve conflict and disputes throughout the greater Dallas community.
