Mission Statement

Children Internationally Abducted of New York City Inc. (CIANYC) was established in 1993 to aid and assist parents, families and friends of internationally abducted children. We are a non profit 501 (c)3 organization that provides education, advocacy, and support to those who want to prevent, search, or be reunited with their children.
We also collaborate and network with other organizations in the U.S. and abroad.

*the organization name is becoming international and no longer a NYC based organization.

Description

Our mission is to prevent child abduction from the United States and to deter any future abductions through education, networking, media exposure, literature, and legal sources. We also want to reunite parents with their abducted child and help familes to heal, get emotional, medical and financial support.
