To support the independence of the elderly in Pitt County North Carolina through advocacy, services, life enrichment activities, and friendship.

Description

The Council on Aging is a non-profit agency in Pitt County, North Carolina serving the needs of seniors through Meals on Wheels, Medicare and Prescription Drug counseling, through Caregivers, Tax Preparation, and screenings.

We include in our volunteer base homeschoolers, retired and active singles and couples, businesses, civic organizations, and college students. Each is a benefit to the agency and receives various benefits specific to their needs from the agency.
