Description

The Mike Clark Legacy Foundation (MCLF) was formed in honor of Michael D. Clark, a strong athlete and an avid supporter of his community. Mike's dedication to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware (BGCD) made a significant impact which will truly be missed, and MCLF strives to pick up where Mike left off. Because of Mike's contributions to the Boys & Girls Club, MCLF names the BGCD as its primary beneficiary, along with the Fast Cats Track Program for children. MCLF has received grants from the Laffey-McHugh Foundation and Barclays Bank to help ensure that we continue to successfully serve our community. The Fast Cats program teaches not only athleticism, but also core values, nutrition, and managing finances. MCLF also would like to provide students with mentors and tutors in an after-school environment. Because MCLF is a new organization, we are in search of dedicated volunteers to help us succeed in making our vision a reality.
