Description

Jefferson Regional Medical Center is a modern, 376-bed facility located 13 miles south of Pittsburgh. We are deeply committed to providing residents of South Hills communities with superior medical care in a location that is close to their homes.

We offer a complete range of cost-effective healthcare services, including emergency treatment, diagnostic testing, medical and surgical treatment, inpatient and outpatient care, laboratory and pathology work. Our services also include comprehensive care programs for cancer care, heart and lung care, behavioral health care, and rehabilitation programs.

Most importantly, many of the physicians, nurses, and administrative staff of Jefferson Regional Medical Center share something very important with our patients: a sense of community. Because many of our employees call the South Hills home, they have a personal dedication to providing their neighbors with the highest quality medical care.

This Medical Center has a real sense of community, and my experience with the volunteers has always been positive. I would recommend it to anyone thinking about volunteering.
