Mission Statement

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES The project has four main aims:To provide information about the different types of volunteering opportunities that are available to you whatever your age To enable and develop volunteering amongst all young people in Rotherham, but especially within the Black, Asian and Special Needs communities To offer nationally recognised and accredited training to young people around volunteering To maintain a strategic overview of volunteering amongst young people and to help develop the volunteering opportunities open to them.

Description

ABOUT US Make A Difference is a non-profit making organisation. It has its own steering group which includes a range of Voluntary and other Groups, this can involve interested young people.Young people have been involved in the work of the project almost from the start, from distributing and filling in questionnaire to providing designs for the corporate image. They will also help to decide the direction of the project during its lifetime. The project welcomes help and assistance from anyone that can further its aims and objectives.
