Great Parks of Hamilton County preserves and protects natural resources and provides outdoor recreation and education opportunities for all to enjoy. The park district is comprised of 21 beautiful parks and preserves spanning over 17,500 acres throughout Hamilton County Ohio. Visitors enjoy nearly 80 miles of trails, multiple fishing lakes and ponds, seven golf courses, three campgrounds, two dog parks and countless programs and activities. Volunteers are a key component of the Great Parks team. In 2017, their 57,000 hours of service helped Great Parks implement day to day operations, protect wildlife and their habitat, engage the community in programs and activities, all while meeting the organization's mission and goals.
