Description

A VsitaCare team include physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, home health aides, spiritual care coordinators, bereavement coordinators and volunteers. As a hospice provider, we provide pallative care to terminally ill patients and their families at their own home, nursing home or assisted living facilities. Trained volunteers can provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their loved ones. Volunteers can also assist in adminstrative tasks, coordinate support services and organized special events in the community.
