The Foundation is organized for the specific purposes of expanding the resources of the Orange County Public Libraries and supporting the ongoing transformation into libraries of the future.

Description

The Foundation exists independently of the Orange County Public Libraries and is separate from the Friends of the Library organizations. The Foundation focuses on system-wide projects and is a vehicle for generating funding and support for projects that will benefit the entire library system.
