Empower individuals and families to overcome their violent pasts by providing them with the support needed, that will allow them to rebuild in hopes of leading them to a brighter future.
LoveYuna Outreach, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to assist individuals and families affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse. We are dedicated to transforming lives from victims to survivors in massive numbers. Transitional housing is so important to help these individuals to break free from their horrid conditions and offer them an environment that helps them to stay free, without the fear of being murdered. One-third of female victims are killed by an intimate partner, this statistic being so high because many women are killed as they try to escape their abusers. Nearly one in four women in the U.S. will experience domestic violence at some point in their life. It can happen to anyone of any gender, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, profession, education, or socioeconomic background. Domestic violence affects the health of individuals, families, and communities. The prevalence of this issue is getting worse by the second. Did you know that every nine seconds in the U.S. a woman is abused and every 14 seconds a man is abused? Responding to domestic violence is critical and requires a community-wide effort. Everyone has the right to live free of fear and harm.
