Description

The NMC Barbecue is a community tradition started in 1951 by a group of local citizens to provide the advantages of local higher education. Since its beginning, all the food has been donated by Oleson's Food Stores. Today, the Barbecue hosts more than 8,000 guests who enjoy a picnic lunch, classroom displays and exhibits, children's games, live entertainment and more.
