Mission Statement

To preserve the history and heritage of the McAllister House Museum, Colorado Springs oldest substantial home. Built in 1873. Owned and operated by the National Society of Colonial Dames.

Description

A historical home museum operating since 1961 continuously. Owned and managed by the NSCD. We offer guided tours of the home, Victorian teas, luncheons and a variety of workshops through out the year. We are a destination for all third grade students studying local history.
