The mission of FOR-KC is to celebrate the heritage and promote the development of the Kansas City riverfront through education, community outreach, volunteer commitment and fundraising.

Description

FOR-KC provides an arena for civic cooperation throughout the five-county metropolitan area on both sides of the state line as well as north and south of the Missouri River. The organization addresses a wide variety of interests including history and education; conservation; recreation and entertainment. FOR-KC works to create a more vibrant Riverfront and region for today and the future.
