Mission Statement

The Lighthouse Community Center (LCC) is to serve as a beacon of light that exemplifies a safe haven; a home away from home; a place that provides hope for the future. The LCC is an extended, loving, multi-cultural, family environment which offers assistance and programs that will inspire success and self-sufficiency.

Description

Here at The Lighthouse Community Center, we care about our community families and children especially their future. We will "Light the Way" by implementing educational, vocational, and preventative programs that will teach our clients how to become productive members of society breaking the grip of generational poverty. We have been working diligently for the families and children of Toledo,Ohio especially those in the Ottawa Park Drive and Upton Avenue areas. Our goal is to simply help our youth and their families to build and achieve dreams. We want to improve the quality of life for every person that comes through our doors.
