Mission Statement

To advance gender equality in economically-challenged communities through photography.

Description

We change gender dynamics in economically-challenged communities by teaching photography to girls who, in turn, teach photography to boys. Girls build self-confidence while improving their leadership and presentation skills, while boys respect and value the girls in their communities. Global gender equality is more than a "girls only" effort. It can only be achieved when both girls and boys understand the importance of living as equals.
