Sentara Nursing & Rehabilitation Hampton

Providing quality care since 1987, the Sentara Nursing and Rehabilitation Center brings together skilled nurses and rehab specialists to provide comprehensive quality care. The medical director and professional staff offer special expertise, compassion and enthusiasm in older adult care. With several on-site therapies, the expanded nursing center also serves patients needing rehabilitative transitional care after hospitalization. A "mobility skills area" provides a variety of terrains for practicing mobility.
