Mission Statement

The Wayfinders mission is to provide person centered supports and services which advance self-determination, quality of life and life-long learning for students with intellectual disabilities. Wayfinders students achieve their potential through campus inclusion experiences, independent living arrangements and vocation placements, both on and off campus.

Description

Wayfinders at California State University, Fresno is an inclusive postsecondary program for young adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, between the ages of 18 - 28.

The Wayfinders Program is housed under the Kremen School of Education and Human Development.

Wayfinders focused on teaching it's students independent living, vocational and self-advocacy skills, thereby increasing the life-choices available to them, thus enhancing their quality of life.
