Mission Statement

National Urban Fellows develops accomplished and courageous professionals of all ethnic and racial backgrounds, particularly people of color and women, to be leaders and change agents in the public and non profit sectors, with a strong commitment to social justice and equity.

Description

National Urban Fellows is a 14 month Fellowship program that offers Fellowship recipients the opportunity to earn their Masters in Public Administration from Baruch College, School of Public Affairs. During the 14 months, Fellows take graduate level courses as well as working full-time in a mentorship within a government, non profit or philanthropic organization for 9 of those months.
