Mission Statement

The mission of Ivy Academy is to provide a quality educational program with an emphasis on scholarship, environmental stewardship, and volunteerism for all students, designed to prepare them to positively influence society and nature.

Description

We are a middle-high school centered around environmentally-based learning. This means that we spend portions of class time hiking up the trail on the banks of the North Chickamauga Creek or collecting data on salamanders and trees to submit to nation-wide data monitoring websites. Our students also play important roles in the community, and our school hosts annual events that are open to everyone.
