Catholic Social Services is a faith-based social service agency addressing the needs of vulnerable populations in central and southern Ohio. Over the decades, the needs of the communities have evolved, but Catholic Social Services has always been committed to delivering services that uphold the dignity of those we help.
Our efforts are focused on two specific populations that allow us to have the most significant impact in our community: seniors and families. By serving people in ways that help seniors live independent, connected lives and families thrive, Catholic Social Services continues its 70 year legacy addressing the community’s unmet, pressing needs with compassion and respect. Our unique approach to helping our clients-many whom are marginalized or struggling with issues related to poverty--regards their dignity and is designed to help them reach their potential.
Catholic Social Services is nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), which certifies all operations and programs meet best practice standards for professional service. CSS is a member of Catholic Charities USA, a member agency of United Way, and is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health.
