Mission Statement

The Sisters Trails Alliance is a volunteer organization dedicated to envisioning, building, maintaining and promoting a non-motorized, multi-user community trails system.

Description

By creating and maintaining a community-wide trails system, the Sisters Trails Alliance seeks to connect everyone in the Sisters community to each other and to their natural surroundings, to expand safe pedestrian, equestrian and bicycle friendly, non-motorized transportation routes on public lands, to enhance the value of public recreational assets, to facilitate community involvement in protecting public lands and to promote health and wellness of residents and visitors.
