Mission Statement

The Friends of Kannapolis Library is a non-profit group of citizens who work together to stimulate a greater interest and use of the library. The Friends of Kannapolis Library share a common goal to lend active support to our library’s services and programming by assisting with programs and events, and sponsoring special programs for children, teens and adults.

Description

Through membership fees, book sales, and other fundraising projects, the Friends help to pay for library materials and programs not always covered by other means. Just as important as your dues is your time and expertise as a volunteer, helping with book sales and on committees to generate fresh ideas for the Friends’ support for the Library.
