Echelon Community Services, Inc. (ECS) is a community based organization that provides transitional housing, rapid re-housing and supportive services to homeless families in Washington, DC. ECS provides comprehensive case management services, educational development, life skills training and career planning services to prepare homeless families for greater stabilization and self-sufficient living.

Echelon Community Services is a not for profit organization established to empower, encourage, and promote a system that is designed to transform individuals through a framework of values.

Guided by relentless focus on our five core values, the vision of Echelon Community Services (ECS) is to strive to implement programs that will deliver operational excellence in every area to meet or exceed our commitments to the constituencies we serve. Our products and services are challenged by innovative approaches to help solve the most challenging problems and meet the specific and ever-changing trends of the community through education, employment, housing, and social justice.

ECS’ service menu dialogue includes case management, employment services, housing for the homeless, education enhancement, and reentry services. These services are curtailed according to the customer’s needs and are driven by specification to provide every person with an opportunity to be successful.
