The mission of IN OUR WORDS is to positively transform lives and communities. We do this by sharing the words of real people and by helping to advance progressive social change agendas. Theatre and social change campaigns are the vehicles through which we do our work.

IN OUR WORDS is a theatre company committed to sharing narratives of real people. We use such narratives in our verbatim theatre projects and as source material for other works. Our projects also strive to help advance progressive social change.
