Description

On Saturday, September 23, 2017, the inaugural Critter Carnival (formerly Furry Friends Festival) will be held at Southern Community Park in Chapel Hill, NC to raise awareness and funds for numerous local animal rescue and rehabilitation charities. From Noon to 7:30pm, a wide variety of first-rate bluegrass, rock and jazz bands will perform alongside amazing aerial silk artists, hula hoopers, stilt walkers, sideshow freaks and more. Many animals will be at the festival for you to meet, including owls, turtles, possums, raptors, snakes, adoptable dogs & more! Tickets and parking are FREE!
