Mission Statement

The Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce is the premier business organization in the San Fernando Valley promoting economic vitality and community growth.

Description

Nearly 400 Valley-area businesses and organizations support The Chamber. Our range of members includes sole practitioners to small-and medium-sized businesses to large corporations. The Chamber:

  • Manages a multitude of member services and programs for nearly 400 member businesses and organizations, representing nearly 19,000 employees.

  • Actively engages in important regional policy issues each year.

  • Is driven by a range of 15 to 18-member board of directors and supported by a committee structure that includes over a dozen committees made up of more than 150 volunteer leaders.

  • Is affiliated with diverse nonprofit organizations that support The Chamber’s mission and regional economic development goals.

  • Is at the center of important decision-making activities with regional organizations, elected officials and city, county, state, and federal agencies.
