Mission Statement

Horse Connection, Inc., is a volunteer-based, non-profit organization that believes every person and every horse should be treated with dignity and respect, and that knowledge is the key to a safe and healthy connection between horses and the community. To that end, we will: provide education and resources; within our scope and ability; to promote the health, well-being, and safety of all horses to each and every person who requires, requests, or is referred, without prejudice, judgement, or condemnation; protect all horses from cruel and inhumane treatment, and provide to each horse in need; within our scope and ability; safe housing, adequate nutrition, and appropriate veterinary and farrier care.
