WE WANT TO EQUIP AND INSPIRE YOUNG LEADERS TO ACT NOW. IT’S SOMETHING YOU CAN BEGIN TODAY IN YOUR OWN COMMUNITY AND FOR YOURSELF.
Description
The Global Youth Ambassador Program is an extension of the GVN Foundation's core mission as a non-profit: to inspire learning, innovation and action to unlock the potential of communities around the world. Specifically, the GYAP aims to unlock the potential of young leaders as empowered and engaged global citizens, to help address some of the greatest challenges facing the world today.
GYAP AND THE GVN FOUNDATION HAVE:- 6 years leading specialized youth volunteer tours for teens and students
- 8 years running trainings, conferences and mentorship opportunities in social change and leadership
- 10 years of fundraising experience with over US$2.5 million raised for our international partners
- 15 years placing volunteers internationally and working cross culturally with grassroots organizations in Africa, Asia, and the Americas
The GYA Program is a culmination of this varied experience designed to provide unique opportunities to equip and empower young people as leaders and change makers in a global context.
