Mission Statement

West Side Neighborhood Housing Services is a private, not-for-profit corporation dedicated to the preservation and revitalization of Buffalo's neighborhoods by providing safe, affordable and sustainable housing opportunities for all.

Description

We strengthen neighborhoods through home ownership and strive to create neighborhoods of choice in Buffalo's west side. Our programs use education, counseling, grants and loans to assist first-time homebuyers and homeowners.

We share staff and programs with Black Rock-Riverside Neighborhood Housing Services and serve the neighborhoods west of Main Street in the City of Buffalo.
