Description

NEO is the largest two-year residential college in the state of Oklahoma. Learning is extended beyond the boundaries of the classroom with dozens of clubs and organizations pertaining to our many degree programs. These characteristics allow our students to enjoy the benefits of a university experience within the comfort of a small college setting.

Community service, service-learning and civic engagement are promoted and coordinated by our volunteerism office. Our NEO administration supports and promotes the importance of civic responsibility as an outcome of higher education.
