The African Student Organization exists to unite and foster a greater understanding and unity among students of African and non African descent at the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) campus. It is dedicated to act as a resource of information on Africa as in each of its countries and promote African issues on campus; create an awareness of Africa by encouraging the positive interaction between its members and students of African descent.
