Mission Statement

To improve the health and quality of life in the Pottstown area by helping residents obtain the health care they need.

Description

We are a non profit community health center that provides primary care and dental care for patients newborn thru 110 yrs young.

We are not a free clinic but provide services to all members of the community, insured and uninsured, medicare, medicaid and commercial insurance. Our uninsured pay based on a sliding fee scale matched against their household income.
